**3-Month Contract for a Project Officer in Records Management**:
Davidson are partnering with a government organisation who are looking for a Project Officer to contribute their expertise to streamline records management processes. This 3-month contract offers a unique opportunity to coordinate the transfer, acceptance, and management of critical data and records.

**The Role: Key Responsibilities**:
As the Project Officer, you'll be instrumental in executing pivotal tasks that optimise records management within our government entity:

- **Data Transfer Oversight**: Ensure adherence to time frames for data transfer and escalate risks promptly.
- **Legislative Compliance**: Guarantee information adheres to relevant legislative requirements and handling of sensitive data.
- **Support System Implementation**: Aid in the implementation of RecordPoint, including developing business rules and system testing.
- **Archival Management**: Assist in auditing and archiving inactive records holdings for the Information Records and Document Managements Services (IRDMS) compactus and safes.
- **File Census & EDRMS Update**: Conduct a thorough file census, locate loaned files, and update the Electronic Records and Document Managements Services EDRMS accordingly.
- **ServiceNow Ticket Management**: Collaborate with the EDRMS Support and Development Team to enhance the management of docs ServiceNow tickets.

- **Communication Skills**: Ability to engage stakeholders and escalate critical issues effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with RecordPoint, EDRMS, and ServiceNow systems.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous in managing data accuracy and adherence to retention periods.
- **Project Coordination**: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute projects within specified time frames.
- **Adaptability**: Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced government environment and handle varied tasks efficiently.
