The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the operations of our busy bistro and lead our team to continued success.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong customer focus, proven staff management skills, and the ability to create and maintain a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all front of house operations within the bistro

• Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service

• Oversee rostering, shift management, and staff performance

• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the kitchen and wider club team

• Uphold compliance with workplace health and safety, licensing, and club policies

• Drive a professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role

• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• A proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a busy environment

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service excellence
