About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for innovation.
This role involves designing and implementing robust systems for astronomical data delivery and analysis. The successful applicant will work closely with project stakeholders to determine needs and priorities, develop and maintain software components for SKA data dissemination, and participate in operational support of the AusSRC.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating software solutions by exploring innovative ideas and approaches.
They will also be expected to share knowledge and experience, nurture innovation, and collaborate with external researchers and experts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software components for SKA data dissemination
Support the design and implementation of robust systems for astronomical data delivery and analysis
Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine needs and priorities
Participate in operational support of the AusSRC
