Constructed in the 1850s, this unique lodging is the only one in Western Australia to hold the prestigious UNESCO World Heritage Status. For the thrill-seekers, an overnight stay in an actual prison cell awaits Additionally, the hostel caters to those seeking more comfort with a newly built section featuring private en-suite rooms for a touch of luxury.

**About the role**:
YHA Fremantle is in search of a Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. Our housekeeping team play a crucial role in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upholding the high standards expected of YHA properties.

**Day-to-day duties include**:
Housekeeping duties are all about ensuring a sparkling clean environment, from revitalizing shared spaces and disinfecting bathrooms to making sure guest rooms and kitchens are spotless. It's also about keeping essential items fully stocked and upholding the property's immaculate state.

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills verbal and written
