**Restaurant All Rounder - Fitzroy**

Si Senorita Bar in Fitzroy is looking for a **Restaurant All Rounder** to join our vibrant and passionate team We're a lively venue known for our great vibes, agave spirits, and top-notch hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the venue
- Liaising between the kitchen and floor staff to maintain seamless service
- Taking orders and providing friendly, efficient service
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience with a positive attitude
- Running food and drinks to tables promptly
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
- Assisting in stock management and restocking as needed
- Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Agave knowledge is a plus (or a willingness to learn)
- **Weekend availability is essential**
