Drinxfactory is a dynamic company that specializes in providing the trade with skilled merchandisers/sales rep for hire in the liquor trade for promotional, casual, project or full-time work. Our team are hired out on a contract basis and support companies with POS activation, Product visibility and Sales.

Drinxfactory prides itself on its extensive training course, which not only educates sales representatives on the liquor landscape but compromises a wide range of selling techniques and tactics to maximize accounts won in the off and on-premises field.

DRINXFACTORY is looking to expand its team and bring on board key individuals that are highly motivated and are looking to BECOME A PART OF THE DRINXFACTORY FAMILY, all the while having a great stellar time doing it.

**Who we are looking for?**

This isn't your usual Merchandiser role You will become part of the
DRINXFACTORY family and will be well supported to take ownership of the position, make autonomous decisions, take risks and reap the rewards. You will be a perfect fit if you are ambitious, energetic, curious and have an entrepreneurial flair.

As a DRINXFACTORY MERCHANDISER, you will be supporting different BRANDS and acting as an ambassador by either activating MERCHANDISING OR Supporting with UP SELLING.

Below are some key competencies we are looking for in this role:

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and be curious, asking questions on how you can add value to their business for our consumers.
- Passion for Learning, Liquor and People. If you love a good chat and don't mind a drink here and there (not on the road), you have found the right spot.
- Are neat, responsible, and loyal. We are building a team that can last. A family. If you are looking for an exciting adventure jump on-board.
- Can create and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive growth + perform towards KPI's and Targets.
- Develop and maintain a journey plan focusing on key customers that drive growth

Below are the major responsibilities of the role and how we will measure success:

- Hitting KPIS such as store visits, hours worked and activations won.
- Create and implement high quality and engaging activations, promotions, point of sale.
- Ensure product ticketing, positioning, planogram checking and answer fulfilled questions to Drinxfactory CRM 'Badger'.
- Create and follow a call cycle given by management or created by oneself.
- Ability to up-sell and create discretionary off stand locations, gondola ends and displays for existing client.

- Hourly wage + Car allowance
- Bonus structure based on your performance.

**Payment structure across the two months**:

- Hourly Wage: $30-$35 an hour + super
- Bonuses of up to/more than $500 each month.
- Car Allowance of $15 per day.
- Bonus Products: Dependent on partners discretion - examples include, Cases of product, Merchandise such as hats, jumpers, t-shirts etc...
- Exclusive invites to Drinxfactory events and partnered companies' parties.
- Opportunity for growth into managerial roles/full time work post the two
- month role.

**Job Type**: Fixed term

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
