Charlesbrook is in close proximity to major shopping centres, Birrarung and Westerfolds Parks, with access to major public transport routes.About The OpportunityPersonal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.Provide care in line with resident's individual care needsReport all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nursesComplete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processesEstablish positive relationships with residentsWe have casual and part time positions available.About YouTo be successful, you'll need:Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalentCommitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shiftsAbility to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team membersThe Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs.
