An established Tier 2 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $150m in WA.
They build in a variety of sectors such as Government, Health Care, Retail & Education.
The company was founded over 50 years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year.
Responsibilities
Assisting with full site setup and daily coordination
Supervising trades and subcontractors on site
Monitoring work progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health and safety (OH&S) requirements on site
Liaising with site management and stakeholders as directed
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
Demonstrated experience supervising site operations on Commercial Projects up to $30m
Strong coordination and communication skills
Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures
Ability to work independently while following site management direction
