As a Bartender at our **Mt Druitt** location, you'll be at the heart of the action, delighting our guests with cold beers, excellent wines, and the mouthwatering cocktails that Fridays is renowned for. But that's not all - you'll also have the opportunity to interact with guests, provide exceptional service, and even lend a hand in serving food when needed.

Your role will involve:

- Promoting our loyalty program to our valued customers
- Crafting high-quality drinks that you'll take pride in
- Maintaining impeccable bar etiquette while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Recommending and upselling our diverse range of products
- Following our proven steps of service to deliver memorable experiences
- Prioritizing our guests with a customer-first mindset
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to guests' needs with finesse
- Verifying customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Keeping the bar stocked and organised, while supporting the team with various tasks
- Upholding food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment

What do you need to bring to the table?
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Versatility in both bar and restaurant settings
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
