**About the Role**
An opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Data Analytics and Insights Lead to join their Health & Safety Team. Your mandate will be:

- To lead the business to better understand and utilise HSE systems, data and reporting processes in order to inform better decision making and continual improvement of the systems
- Deliver, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual health and safety data reporting recommendations for process improvements, simplification and automation in order to improve accuracy, timelines and visibility of health and safety data.
- Manage the end-to-end process for health and safety reporting and work with key stakeholders to identify improvements.
- Establish and implement "super user" teams to improve system capability, utility and stakeholder support.
- Most Importantly this role establishes health and safety reporting as a high-value service to the business.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in OHS, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Business Analyst with an understanding of Health & Safety indicators.
- The ability to collate, analyse and present health and safety data in a professional and communicative way that tells the story of safety performance with lead and lag measures and identifies hot spots and trends to drive recommended programmes and initiatives.
- Be curious to learn and understand how the organisation executes its operations across all business units and use this insight to inform fit-for-purpose Health & Safety Data Insights and Reporting, looking at how work is done versus imagined and aligning to Human Organisational Performance HOP and principles of learning teams.
- The ability to work across a matrixed organisation; leveraging exemplary organisational, planning, communication, time management and people skills to influence others, coordinate resources efficiently, manage and prioritise the health and safety data insights and reporting requirements of a diverse group of stakeholders across the organisation.
