One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments in Canberra is looking to engage **MULTIPLE** experienced **Change Management Coordinators **to work as part of a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals to deliver projects from initial planning to implementation. The successful **Change Management Coordinator **will be offered a **12 month contract** **with extension options.**

The successful** Change Management Coordinator **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Using various project management tools to track project status, risks and issues.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and writing status reports as required.
- Liaising with stakeholders to determine project scope and priorities.
- Facilitating communication and maintaining strong relationships within the teams, with business areas and other stakeholders.

The successful **Change Management Coordinator **will have experience in the following:

- A sound understanding of IT delivery processes.
- Experience in building organisational capability and leading change.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise and multitask across projects in a variety of environments.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role within Federal government
