**The Role**:
As an AIN/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, supporting with mobility issues and transfers using appropriate equipment and ensuring the overall well-being of those under your care.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent
- Current police clearance check
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference
