**The opportunity**

In this amazing full-time opportunity based in Melbourne, you will assist existing clients (UniSuper members and their spouses) to meet their financial objectives and provide greater retirement outcomes through the delivery of professional financial advice via the review service.

Besides, you will be accountable for:

- Promoting the advice model and increasing clients under review service
- Contact existing advice clients to generate review advice appointments
- Assist Private Client Advisers with strategy development, client file management and preparing Paraplanning briefs
- Reviewing Statement of Advice documents prior to presentation by Private Client Adviser
- Conducting/attending seminars for review clients and occasionally for other members of the fund
- Presenting advice documents/running advice presentation meetings where appropriate
- Assisting in business development strategies to increase clients under review service
- Providing coaching and support to RA's and other colleagues in providing advice and ongoing assistance to clients
- Working effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Being able to manage deadlines and large volumes of work

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. Besides, you will bring:

- An advanced knowledge of financial planning, social security, taxation, superannuation and investment concepts
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a personal advice related role
- Excellent knowledge of ASIC and FPA compliance standards
- Approved qualifications, ideally have passed FASEA exam
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in dealing with challenging client relationships and complex financial profiles
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve business outcomes
- Some experience in delivering workshops and presentations
