At SOLV'D we specialize in designer furniture hire for properties about to hit the market and are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and **reliable** individuals to join our team.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- **On the Road**: Delivering and installing designer furniture for property stylists (our Clients) for homes to hit the market.
- **At the Warehouse**: Picking orders, loading, and unloading trucks, making sure everything is in place and ready to go.
- **Physical Labor**: Lifting, maneuvering large items through tight spaces, loading and unloading trucks.
- **Customer Service**:Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery
- **Teamwork**: Working as part of a team, coordinating with coworkers to efficiently complete installs, collections and packing.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
- No weekends or public holidays.

**About You**:

- Have a car license and/or reliable transport to and from our warehouse in Willawong
- No Experience needed - however highly regarded
- A valid Medium Rigid (MR) or higher heavy goods driving license (Preferred but not required)
- A friendly, honest, and customer-focused attitude with a can-do approach
- Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and a willingness to embrace change with professionalism
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and commitment to supporting your team
- Attention to personal appearance and a helpful, friendly demeanor
- Physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and other physical activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.90 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
