**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a **Customer Success Manager **to join our Strategic Accounts team based in Brisbane, QLD.

Reporting to the Customer Success Leader, your main responsibility will be to support the Strategic Account Director in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role will be the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis with queries about products, services, orders and deliveries and will take a lead on managing moves, adds and changes within the account.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research accounts, identify key planners and generate interest.
- Team with Strategic Account Directors to build opportunity pipeline and close deals to achieve quarterly quotas.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while liaising with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all administrative tasks and duties are undertaken on behalf of the sales team.
- Manage contract loading process on behalf of sales teams.
- Liaise with internal divisions to ensure sales requirements are met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven inside sales experience, preferably with a technology company.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS excel in particular).
- Highly efficient in executing and managing customer expectations.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- An understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
