Overview
OTR – Store Manager
is a role within OTR Group comprising over 1000 retail, convenience, and quick service restaurants – including brands such as Reddy Express (formerly known as Coles Express), Smokemart Giftbox, and in S.A, Krispy Kreme, Hungry Jacks, Oporto, Guzman and Gomez and many others. About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Leadership experience in a retail / hospitalitycapacity
A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
Well-developed and professional communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
