We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our teams at Melbourne Airport
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Collection of deliveries from loading dock
- Storage of deliveries
- Maintain FIFO process with storage areas
- Collection of dishes
- Washing dishes following correct procedures
- Maintain back of the house area
- Clean and sanitise worktops
- All other duties allocated throw the day that relate to collection, storage and dishwashing
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Experience working under pressure in a similar position
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
- Great personal grooming, presentation and a confident and pleasant manner
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience within kitchen production
You will share TWGs vision for providing food which is nutritious and of a high calibre, making each dish fresh on site each and every day.
