**IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?**
Reporting to an experienced member of our Customer Success and Implementation team, the Graduate Customer Specialist will be assisting in a wide range of the Foods Connected day to day commercial activities. This will be a fast-paced role within a fast growing company, working closely alongside the Project Leads with some of the most progressive retail and manufacturing companies in the food industry.
It will be diverse in activity with the Graduate Customer Success Specialist being introduced to a multitude of areas within the business, so they will need to be able to adapt to different situations at ease. The business graduate will have a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company and have the opportunity to become a key member of the team with huge scope for progressing as the company grows.
The Graduate Customer Success Specialist will need to be creative and generate ideas and proposals to help clients overcome their problems and inefficiencies. They will thrive on interaction with people and learn to develop fantastic communication skills to really listen to their clients problems and then properly describe potential solutions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:KEY SKILLS**:
- No requirement to be an expert but have a good understanding of IT systems and the ability to pick up new software tools easily.
- Have a passion for the Food Industry and the processes involved across raw material, production, commercial, quality and retail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate clearly what something does and the benefit it brings.
- Be committed, keen to learn and have drive and determination to design and bring improvements to established working practices.
Project Management
- Working with current and new key accounts, listening to their needs and satisfying their requirements whilst at the same time remaining within the confines of Foods Connected's core strategy and software objectives.
- Developing relationships with clients.
- Helping our clients with the setup and integration of new functionality into their business.
- Assisting and then leading in delivering presentations of the 'live system' to client user groups.
- Help identify new client leads and develop these through effective networking and demonstrating the functionality to potential clients both face-to-face and through web based demonstrations.
- Help Identify new opportunities within existing client portfolios through high exposure to their working practices.
- Delivering training to our client user groups to take them through the systems and processes that you help design and rollout.
- Delivering Key account reporting needs and assisting clients with setup of current and new system functionality.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Applicants will be considered who have undertaken studies in a food related or business or IT related field and have graduated.
