**Sports Aid is Hiring Volleyball Coaches**

Welcome to Sports Aid

We are hiring Volleyball Coaches who have the experience to work with our client schools. These roles will be located in Alphington, Vic. Where you'll be coaching a Volleyball program with students ranging for Year 7 to Year 12.

Given our partnerships with various schools, numerous coaching opportunities are available for diverse age groups in different locations across Melbourne. We'll engage in a discussion with you to determine your preferred location for placement.

You must be available on either Monday afternoons from 3:45 - 4:45 pm and also Thursday afternoons 7:45 am - 8:45 am to coach the students during training.

For individuals who have a passion for sports or want to get experience working in the school sports setting, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training drills
- Instruct player's in proper techniques and mechanics to optimise their skills and performance
- Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist player's in setting and achieving their performance goals

**OVERVIEW OF THE EMPLOYMENT PROCESS**:

- Get onboarded to our rostering platform
- Receive available Coaching positions currently available
- Create your work schedule based on personal availability
- Receive a confirmation of your allocated shifts

**Payment**:

- All Coaching positions are paid
- Payment is processed fortnightly on Fridays

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Specialised knowledge and expertise in their selected sport/s
- Coaching accreditation/qualification (desirable)
- Those with elite playing experience are also strongly encouraged to apply
- Sound knowledge of the game rules & regulations
- Strong knowledge of advanced training techniques and strategies
- Proven coaching experience (desirable)
- Exceptional teaching and communication skills

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance, Seasonal

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
