**We're Hiring Bottle Shop Attendant - Casual Position at The Mill hotel, Milperra**

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an interest in liquor retail? The Mill Hotel is seeking a friendly and reliable Bottle Shop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, working 15-20 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you'll be the face of our liquor retail outlet, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with product selection and queries.
- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash/card transactions.
- Maintaining stock levels and restocking shelves.
- Assisting with store merchandising and presentation.
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws.
- Supporting Hotel operations, including cross-training for other areas of the Hotel

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not essential (liquor experience is a plus but not essential).
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
