Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering queries and offering product recommendations.
- Assist the Retail Manager to manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and placing orders as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the administration of pharmacy services, including filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
