**The Role**

We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team, overseeing a vibrant portfolio of 165 apartments in the beautiful Brighton area. This role provides a unique chance to forge strong, lasting relationships with both investors and tenants while being a key player in a dynamic, supportive team that's committed to delivering top-tier property management services.

In this role, you'll have a varied and impactful day-to-day, including conducting routine inspections, preparing entry and exit reports, managing arrears, and handling lease renewals for rental properties. You'll be empowered to work independently, while receiving ongoing support from a dedicated team, including Assistant Property Managers, Trust Accounting, Maintenance, and your manager.

**About You**

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Real Estate Certificate of Registration for your relevant state.
- It is essential to have previous experience in property management and knowledge of rental tenancy legislation for your relevant state (minimum 2 years)
- Relevant skills and experience in working effectively and sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs.
- Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience working within a large, diverse, and busy team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working on Property Management Programs and Microsoft Office efficiency.
- A current driver's licence.
- Satisfactory police check.
