Jay Jays has a next-level opportunity for a high-energy, experienced retail leader to take the reins at our top trading store in South Australia
This isn't just any store – it's one of the highest-performing locations, with a large, dynamic team of 14, including a Co-Manager and Stock Leader.

About the Role As Store Manager, you'll be leading one of the biggest and busiest stores in the country, managing high stock volumes, driving strong results, and mentoring a large, diverse team.
You'll be supported every step of the way, with: A dedicated Buddy Manager to help you onboard and learn the ropes On-the-ground support from your Regional and VM Managers A structured training plan to get you up to speed on systems, processes, and people leadership This is a Full-Time role with availability needed across weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
