A company that is shaping the future of energy is looking for an SMT Machine Operator who will be responsible for programming and operating all pieces of equipment of an SMT (surface mount technology) assembly line to ensure that all SMT component loading of PCB's specifications/requirements are met.

**What you'll do**:
Plan, develop, test, and document Circuit Board Assembly programs and provide follow-up to ensure the success of all programs written.
Create SMT Pick and Place programs for the company's SMT PCB assembly requirements.
Ensure that SMT production equipment is maintained and in good order.
Conduct routine maintenance as identified to reduce intermittent breakdowns.
Continuously improve the reliability and throughput of the SMT assembly by identifying areas of risk and throughput bottlenecks.
Provide updates and necessary training to SMT machine operator staff.
Prepare and review necessary reports.

**What you'll need**:
3 to 5 years' experience in advanced electronics manufacturing programming and operating SMT assembly equipment
Experience in Program Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment
Experience in Operating the SMT assembly line.
Debugging and Optimizing SMT programs experience
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment used in surface mount line.
High level of computer skills and in-depth, hands-on competence in using and modifying SMT Pick and Place CAD files and computer software programs. The use of data analysis software tools and Microsoft Office.
