We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice team Leader to guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-orientated mental health support.

About the role Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Psychologists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service, in collaboration with the Peer Team Leader.
Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g. K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments.
Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to our guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships across Communify, partner organisations, and clinical providers.
Contribute to service quality through risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement aligned with NSQMHCMO standards.
Assist with reporting and accountability to funding bodies.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health and relevant registration.
Relevant experience in mental health (leadership experience highly regarded).
Proven ability to deliver and oversee participant support.
Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary environments.
Flexible working arrangements, including part-time, may be considered for the ideal candidate.
Essential Requirements
• A current open QLD driver's license.

• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain one).
