Senior Financial Business Partner

This role involves providing financial expertise to help drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver objective and accurate financial advice that informs strategic decision-making;
Develop and monitor timely and accurate financial results and key performance indicators to support management in their operational responsibilities;
Contribute to the development of annual operating plans for the directorate;
Design and implement financial models to support new initiatives.
This position requires a high level of analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proactive in their approach, and able to manage workload effectively within given time constraints.
Requirements:
A degree in a business-related field from a tertiary education institution;
Preferably qualified as a certified practising accountant or chartered accountant;
Public health experience is an advantage;
A background in financial accounting and business partnering is highly desirable;
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel;
Familiarity with key public health tools including IHACPA Publications, Technical Calculations, Policy and Funding Guidelines, Public Health Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, and the Safe Patient Care Act.
