Our MELBOURNE ICON store is seeking a Full Time Retail Consultant to join the team in Melbourne.
Working in a Telstra Retail Store offers an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a meaningful career within a market leader.

What you'll do
Showcase your X-factor and stay continually trained on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Provide consultative service and solutions to customers
Engage with customers to understand needs and develop customised solutions
Support sales targets and contribute to achieving KPIs
About you
Able to easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers
Capable of developing customised solutions for customers
Driven to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
Hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
Experience in a customer-facing role
Thrives in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while delivering excellent customer service
