In this position, you will work collaboratively within a team to develop, lead, and manage the Pharmacy Production Unit service at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Contribute to patient care by providing a high standard of delivery of medication management services within the SCHHS.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Work collaboratively with the Pharmacist Advanced to operationally manage the pharmacy production unit by utilising leadership and management skills.
- Exercise accountability and responsibility for the quality standards for compounded products and regularly monitor practices, including product validation
