We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who can promote **Optus**
**solutions** and drive engagement in **Harvey Norman BAYSWATER and other locations.**

**Up to 20 hours per week,** including access to BIG rewards and benefits. F

**FULL TRAINING provided.**

**Role and responsibilities**:

- **Confidently engage** with customers as the first point of contact
- **Increase sales opportunities** through the interactive promotion of products and services
- Provide **exceptional customer service** and have strong problem-solving skills
- **Drive advocacy for Optus** and demonstrate and build capability amongst stores teams through training and coaching
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

**Preferred experience and attributes**:

- Experience in **customer-facing promotional or retail environments**:

- Be **well presented, reliable**, and able to work variable hours and days
- Be **passionate** about people
- **Confident** in engaging and building a relationship with customers and key stakeholders
- **Strong communication** skills and an adept understanding of customer needs
- Current **Australian driver's licence and own reliable transport**:

- **Available for retail hours** including Thursday evening and weekends.
