We are a network of four animal veterinary practices located on the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. Our mission is to provide first class, professional and compassionate veterinary care to our clients and their beloved pets. Tamborine Mountain Vet Surgery is a respected pillar of the local community, complemented by Canungra Vet Surgery, which has recently been renovated to serve both pets and farm animals. Our state-of-the-art Yarrabilba Vet Hospital and the newly established Pimpama City Vet Surgery, conveniently located near the M1, offer exceptional working environments in thriving areas.

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-time Receptionist to join our team. Predominantly based at our Yarrabilba Veterinary Hospital, with potential to work across our four practices as required.

The current roster includes one Saturday every four weeks, with all other shifts falling between Monday and Friday.
- Previous experience in a customer facing and/or reception role within the animal industry/ clinic environment is preferred.
- Certificate III in Animal Studies would prove beneficial, however not essential.
- Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.
- An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients.
- An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
- The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule & assist with reception administration tasks.
- Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts
- Knowledge of Ezyvet is ideal but not essential.
