Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Optometrist to join our team in providing high-quality eye care services to customers.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct thorough eye examinations, taking into account various patient needs and requirements.
Recommend suitable lens solutions based on individual customer lifestyles.
Clearly explain the features and benefits of different lens products, including coatings and extras.
Provide guidance and support to Graduate Optometrists in using technology to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to optimize Eyecare revenue through efficient labor management and accurate billing practices.
Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Work effectively with world-class technology to deliver exceptional eye examination services.
Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists to improve their skills and knowledge.
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
