Poolwerx Surfers Paradise is one of the Gold Coast's largest pool retail and service businesseswith mobile servicing territories encompassing Byron Bay through to Southport, right along the coastal strip of the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast.
We have three retail stores; Robina, Benowa, and Elanora.We are looking for the 'right person' to fill a full-time position, as a Retail Sales & Administration person.The position is based at the Elanora store.There is a strong career path available for the right candidate with this well established and expanding business.If you want to be part of a dynamic and successful team with an ability to grow and develop then this is the role for you
Key Responsibilities:Testing pool water and providing advice on chemical balanceRetail sales of chemicals, and equipmentAnswering phone calls, taking payment, and booking service visitsMaintain stock levels an ensure orders are place on timeAccurately preparing and sending invoices to our mobile service clientsAdministering creditors invoices on our accounting softwareBenefits and perksStrong local management complemented with extensive head office support to train and continually educate staffCompetitive salary plus super and a strong career path for the right candidateJoin a trusted, well established and experienced teamSkills and ExperienceExperience in the pool industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.A successful candidate will be considered based on the following criteria:Enjoy helping othersHave prior experience is an administration roleHave prior experience is a retail sales roleAble to independently solve problemsReliable and can work unsupervisedPlease forward resume via 'apply'.
