Part of our long-term ongoing LNG maintenance contract, Ventia is seeking experienced & qualified **QC Welding Inspectors**. These casual positions will see you engaged on a Shutdown / Turnaround; preventative, corrective and project brownfields maintenance will form part of our scope for the event.

Your main responsibilities will be to perform inspections in accordance with inspection & test plan for the Shutdown.

**On Offer**:

- Competitive rates - $100 casual flat rate per hour
- April commencement, 3-4 weeks duration (possibility of post-shut work as required)
- 12-hour shifts
- Be part of a Dynamic team

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 10 years industry experience
- Must hold the following qualification: CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2
- Ability to perform inspections in accordance with inspection & test plan
- Must have a good understanding of and be able to read and interpret isometric and GA drawings.
- Record and verify welding operations to qualified WPS as per schedule and at-random audit
- Implementing and working to the quality management system procedures and work instructions
- Ensuring full compliance to Standards and Client Specifications
