Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable experiences
Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
Ensure stock is available on shelves to provide customers with the best choices
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
Be yourself and bring your energy to the team
About You
Confidently talk with customers to deliver an engaging, authentic experience
Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
Desire to grow your career within a business where you can dream big
Influence through active engagement and a positive attitude
