We're looking for a self-motivated Store Manager who leads from the front.

The Role
Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs

Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to grow as a leader and build your team through training and development
