**The Team & Role**:
We're looking for someone to join our **Account Payable** team as our new **Account Payable Manager**. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for management, coaching and guidance of the Accounts Payable team. This role will have 3 direct reports and be responsible for the end to end accounts payable process as well as assisting with driving improvements.

**What you'll do**:

- Managing a team of Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of supplier invoices and employee expense claims, as well as maintenance of accurate records and reports
- Assist with month-end closing and cash flow forecasting
- Driving continual process improvement
- Reconciliation of suppliers and prepayments
- Leading Purchase Order implementation across the business
- Communication and resolution with key internal and external stakeholders for processing queries or escalations

**What you'll bring**:

- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience leading and mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on controls
- Experience and a track record of process improvements and implementations
- NetSuite / Concur experience preferred
