Role Responsibilities
Write
challenging, creative, and realistic tasks
for AI models to solve.
Develop
gold-standard solutions
to those tasks to serve as benchmarks.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for
clarity, accuracy, and comprehensiveness
.
Apply
deep reading and synthesis skills
across varied domains to validate content.
Perform
fact-checking and editing
to ensure correctness and reliability.
Identify and address
inconsistencies, gaps, or misinterpretations
in draft outputs.
Communicate with precision, producing
clear, concise, and well-structured answers
.
Requirements
Background in one or more of the following:
technical writing, editing, research analysis, academic editing, content reviewing, legislative analysis, reading comprehension, assessment authoring, curriculum design, instructional design
.
Demonstrated experience in
Q&A development, summaries, or problem-solving tasks
for long-form content.
Strong
analytical judgment
with the ability to spot subtle errors or weaknesses.
Exceptional
written communication skills
and attention to detail.
Comfortable working
independently and asynchronously
.
