Susquehanna is looking for a Storage Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team in Sydney. Our storage team uses cutting-edge technology to make data available and deliverable, while managing a multi-petabyte enterprise storage environment. What You'll Do
You will take ownership of the technology solutions for our Production Enterprise Storage Infrastructure, specifically the deployment and management of our Storage, Backup and Data Governance environment. Monitoring, troubleshooting and initiating corrective action across our multi-petabyte enterprise storage environment. You will manage and optimize storage solutions across a multi-vendor environment running technologies from Pure Storage, NetApp, VAST and CommVault. Additionally, you will be up to date with emerging technologies whilst working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure SIG's storage environment meets both current and future business needs. Your expertise will allow you to enable other business units to meet their storage requirements in new jurisdictions in the APAC region.
Deploy, administer and support network attached storage (NAS) devices in SIG's enterprise infrastructure.
Deploy, administer and support SIG's enterprise backup infrastructure (tape libraries, disk libraries and backup software).
Creation and maintenance of supporting documentation and knowledge
