We're seeking a knowledgeable and experienced QHSE Advisor to help us review, refine, and elevate our current systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously and wants to have a tangible impact, without being locked into a full-time schedule.

**The Role**:
You'll work closely with senior management to:

- Assess and evaluate our existing QHSE frameworks.
- Identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide practical, tailored advice on system upgrades and documentation.
- Help us stay aligned with industry best practices and legislative requirements.

This role will suit:

- An experienced QHSE professional looking for flexibility.
- A semi-retired advisor seeking to stay involved in meaningful work.
- A consultant wanting to take on a consistent, part time advisory role.

**You will Bring**:

- Proven experience in QHSE advisory, auditing or compliance (ideally within security, facilities or similar industries).
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation, ISO standards, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and proven experience with efficient change management.
