The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Junior Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in Balcatta.

This role is suited to an individual looking for a career path, where our supportive team will help you learn on the job, whilst Fugro covers the cost for you to complete a Certificate 4 in Warehousing.

Your duties will include:

- Inspection and acceptance of all goods (new, hire and returned) delivered to the warehouse.
- Ensuring all required materials / equipment is stored and placed into the correct location and recorded appropriately.
- Consolidation and packaging of all project procured material and equipment.
- Manifesting of Project/Operations related goods.
- Support the coordination of material movements and logistics to support internal Projects/Operations Teams.
- Forklift Operations: loading, unloading and movement of goods.
- Assisting in resolving delivery disputes (liaison with purchasing team) and general warehouse related issues.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse facility.

About You

Your success in securing this role will require:

- Forklift ticket and experience using a forklift
- Some experience working in a warehousing environment
- A team player who is open minded to learning the Fugro processes
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
