They are now seeking to appoint an FP&A Manager to their Melbourne corporate head office, to lead financial planning & analysis across key segments, including analytical insights, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

**Reporting to the **Group Head of FP&A**, your **responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and executing the planning and budgeting process across key segments;
- Providing expert data analytics and BI capability for large, complex data sets;
- Partner with the Executive Team and Functional Heads on performance initiatives and commercial insights;
- Lead. drive and manage cross functional projects, both BI and Commercial, across the Group;
- Preparation of board reporting and ASX listed reporting requirements for shareholders and external parties;
- Partnering with Corporate Functions to enable effective and efficient reporting and analysis;
- Support the Strategic Business Units on all Performance and Analysis related queries;
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the commercial functions;
- Collaborating with each Business Unit to support overall team goals and objectives;
- Providing analytics on key market and operational trends;
- Mentor and develop junior team members within the Group;
- Supporting and managing development and implementation of standardized 24 month rolling forecasting;

**To be successful in this critical role you will bring the following skills and experience**:

- Experience working in a large and complex organisation across operations and corporate;
- Experience with PowerBI and TM1 (PAW and Pafe) strongly preferred;
- Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics;
- Expertise in BI tools, dashboards and complex data sets;
- Strong financial acumen and forecasting knowledge;
- Ideally CA or CPA Qualified;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or related;
