**Why the role matters**

As a key member of our team, you'll be entrusted with designing and delivering solutions that automate the development, testing, deployment, releasing, and operation of software within our VPP ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

- Design, implement and support software integration and deployment pipelines using advanced cloud-based technologies.
- Design, implement and support new and improved VPP operational capabilities.
- Ensure efficient and consistent deployment of VPP components across multiple production and pre-production environments and regions.
- Ensure solutions comply with Origins security policies.

**What will you bring?**

Your passion for cloud technologies, analytical expertise, and eye for detail will set you apart. You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to effortlessly work with external technical teams to define, design, implement and support the deployment of complex data/system integration solutions. With your Python and bash scripting wizardry and AWS cloud expertise, you'll challenge the status quo and strive for excellence. You will also demonstrate:

- Tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline.
- Extensive Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, focusing on source code management, continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Formation, CDK, Code Pipeline, Code Deploy.
- Experience managing Infrastructure as code is essential.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS Serverless technologies.
- Experience in GitHub Actions highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
