**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Buying Team as a Buyer's Administration Assistant Reporting into the Buyer for Platypus, you will be responsible for supporting the Platypus Buying Team in administrative operations.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Regular reporting including trade reporting and retail store reporting surrounding markdown lists, SKU reports, and exclusive product
- Key and raise all buying department purchase orders
- Manage EDI responses to bulk orders raised
- Maintain all product hierarchy for the Platypus business
- Ensure all product templates are raised in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain all buying team product handover presentations
- Work with cross functional departments to ensure global release communications are executed in a timely manner
- Prepare content for the Retail Team Communications Tool (Combi)
- Raise and manage all markdowns and promotions in the system

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and AP21
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Up to date with current trends in the market
