**The Role**:

- **Dynamic Teaching**: Deliver lessons using the provided lesson plans and materials based on Science of Reading incorporating interactive and innovative teaching methods.
- **Parent Communication**: Offer verbal feedback to parents after each lesson and keep them updated through various communication platforms, such as SeeSaw.
- **Goals Planning**: Establish clear learning goals and objectives for students, ensuring their consistent progress and growth throughout their educational journey.
- **Fun and Creative**: Bring your ideas to life. Develop your career or entrepreneurial skills in writing blogs and articles, organising events, editing videos, or crafting unique learning materials.
