OverviewJoin to apply for the New Graduate to Senior Rehabilitation Consultant role at Marsh.We are seeking talented individuals to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre.
This role will be based in Hobart in a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation).
Recovre is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services.
We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.ResponsibilitiesActively manage your client portfolio with commitment and careEstablish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomesConduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessmentsContribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valuedManage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home (if you choose).
