Responsibilities
Empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by meeting targets and providing tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support.
Understand the unique employment needs of clients and collaborate with employers to bridge talent and opportunity.
Maintain commitment to engaging with job seekers and employers to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
Proven success within target-driven environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coaching, mentoring, and case management experience are desirable.
Problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
Adaptability and resilience to navigate diverse needs of job seekers and employers.
Requirements
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
