At Zambrero, we source the best ingredients which are prepared and served in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our food not only feeds our customers but through the Plate 4 Plate initiative we donate a plate of food to someone in need for every burrito or bowl purchased.

**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Full Time **Team Member **to join our **Modbury** team. You will work hands-on with your team and be across all duties and operations. You will inspire and connect with your team and support and grow their career. We are looking to train and develop staff, you will progressively gain skills along the way and if you want we will teach you all the skills to become a manager.
- Your duties will include but are not limited to -_
- **Exceptional Dining Experience - **Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is well presented and expertly prepared.
- **Building a Positive Team Culture - **Focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve exceptional customer experiences and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work
- **Training and Development - **Training all team members and supervisors and completing performance reviews, onboarding and recruitment.
- **Administration Duties** - Banking, Cash Handling, POS, Time Sheets, Rostering
- **Operations - **Cost Control, Ordering Stock, OHS requirements and Marketing tasks.

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Administration, cash handling and POS experience
- Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference
- Positive and engaged attitude and commitment to providing amazing customer service
- Demonstrated experience in a management or extensive work experience in Hospitality - _Highly Desirable_

**Salary**: Up to $55,000.00 per year
