BodeWell is an approved provider with the Department of Health, delivering government-funded Home Care Packages, Private Aged Care, and NDIS services across Queensland and Victoria.If you have a genuine passion for caring for others, we have many opportunities to help build your career at an organisation focused on making a real difference to the lives of clients, residents and their families.About the roleOur Home Support Workers deliver personalised support for our clients, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for through services and activities tailored to their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.
These may include:Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.Monitoring medication.Scheduling and attending appointments.Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.Client locations across the Gold CoastAbout youAs a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:A warm and caring natureThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamA positive and practical attitudeAccess to a reliable, registered, insured vehicleCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateMust be available 3 days per weekBenefits that support and reward youEnjoy a flexible working environment to balance your life and wellbeing.
