The Role
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Chef at one of our key aged care sites near the Central Coast, Newcastle and Mid North Coast region.
Responsibilities
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & stocktaking
Maintaining a clean working environment
Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Desired Skills And Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Warm & friendly energy
Punctuality & reliability
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
Adherence to food & general safety practices
NSW Food Safety Certificate
