**About the role**:
We're looking for a **Customer Advisor - Vehicle Protection**, to support buyers during their purchase, helping them protect and enhance their vehicle ownership journey.

This is not a hard-sales role. It's about helping customers understand their risks, needs, and ownership goals — and recommending the right options with empathy and timing. You'll play a key role in making their purchase experience feel trusted, personal, and complete.

- 1 to 3+ years in consultative sales, customer advisory, or product education - across industries like insurance, automotive, retail, or tech (dealership background welcome but not required)
- A **customer-first mindset** - you're more of a guide than a closer
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proven ability to **build trust**, explain product value, and make the complex feel simple
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a **consultative sales or advisory environment**:

- Confidence using digital tools, CRM platforms, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- A self-starter who thrives working remotely and independently
